4. Fees and Payment

Certification fees are non-refundable once evaluation has begun. Annual renewal fees apply to maintain active certification status.

5. Intellectual Property

The InvexChanger certification seal and logo are protected trademarks. Certified companies may use the seal only while certification is active and in accordance with our usage guidelines.

InvexChanger certification indicates that a financial institution has met our evaluation criteria at the time of assessment. However, certification does not constitute a guarantee of financial performance, investment returns, or protection against losses.

Investors should conduct their own due diligence and consider their individual circumstances before making investment decisions. Past performance and certification status are not indicative of future results.

InvexChanger is not liable for any financial losses incurred by investors dealing with certified institutions. Our certification process evaluates compliance and operational standards, not investment performance.
